Booking Policy
Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply. No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Boarding
Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes before departure with your booking confirmation and a valid ID or passport.
Luggage
One carry-on plus one checked bag is included on bus and flight tickets. Boat tours include carry-on only — please leave large luggage at your hotel.
Children
Children under 5 travel free on most routes. Please contact us if your booking includes infants requiring a baby seat.
